Sectional Homes

Sectional homes, commonly referred to as "double wide" homes, are built on a steel frame designed to be set on cement piers or an approved foundation. Any home with a 28' width may be expanded to 32' width, and length may be added up to 76' feet. Sectional homes can be placed on rented lots, in communities, or on private property.

Home Delivery Notice: We generally deliver sectional homes in PA and WV. Our standard pricing includes delivery and set up within 100 miles of any of our 8 sales centers, which normally includes Western PA and Northern WV. Deliveries outside of 100 miles may be available for an additional charge.
