(RHI) and its employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take or reproduce photographs, videos, and/or written testimonials for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, or advertising, in any manner or in any medium, including but not limited to any and all RHI social media platforms, the RHI website, RHI brochures, RHI handouts, and RHI advertisements. I hereby release Riverview Homes, Inc. and its legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to said photographs, videos, or written testimonials. I further acknowledge that I will not be compensated for these uses, and that Riverview Homes, Inc. exclusively owns all rights to the photographs, videos and/or written testimonials.
