"We were looking to sell our 100+ year old home in the city of Pittsburgh and move into a one-level home as we had recently retired. Cheryl Halstead, despite being ill with what we later learned was a serious medical situation, patiently took time to listen to our situation, evaluate our needs and wants, then pointed us in the direction of the perfect home for us. A couple weeks later after our home sold in short order, Kurt Amendola stepped in during Cheryl's recovery to finalize the purchase process. We originally discussed purchasing a custom-ordered home. When time became a factor Kurt located a model of the unit we wanted that was on the lot in Butler. In just over seven weeks our lot was prepared, the home was set up, and we were living in our new home. When we reached out on a couple occasions to address minor warranty issues Riverview and Champion's responses were always swift, friendly and accommodating. I don't believe a day has gone by that either my wife or I has said "we love our new home". The process could not have gone more smoothly, including the work provided by the General Contractor Casey Kuzneski who did the site prep and finalization work."
