RHI has five model home centers, located throughout Western Pennsylvania in Butler, Greensburg, New Alexandria, Prospect, and Vandergrift. Each sales center has a sales manager, who supervises and assists the sales staff with new and existing sales. As a customer service representative, it is preferred that you work out of the corporate office in Vandergrift, PA. You will be making phone calls to customers to provide additional information and check on their home buying status. You will be updating customer records and report the information back to the corporate office.

Provide customers with the appropriate materials and answer questions.
Provide information about pricing, warranty, delivery, and set up.

It is preferred that customer service reps work Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm. RHI is open on Saturdays from 10am until 4pm if a day needs to be made up or switched.
Customer service representatives are paid based on a salary of $26,000 per year.
